功能与特点

◆ 日本三菱原装进口四伺服驱动，精度准确，机械传动部分减少，可有效减少机械的故障率。

◆ 整个控制系统采用欧姆龙PLC控制系统。

◆ 控制箱内接触器全部采用日本三菱品牌。

◆ 继电器、断路器采用法国施耐德品牌,光电和接近开关采用日本欧姆龙品牌。

◆ 底模，刀片采用日本钨钢制作（耐磨）。

◆ 整组钉头全部采用特殊钢制作，电脑数控加工。

◆ 变换纸箱尺寸和调节纸箱钉距只需一分钟就可完成,大大节省时间操作方便。

◆ 前后双向挡板配置，可订无盖纸箱及小纸板箱、彩箱。

◆ 后段有自动计数功能，做好的成品张数可按设定数量(1-99)分叠送至输送机械末端，方便打包捆扎。

◆ 前端送纸部自动计数,送纸台设有光电感应装置,送纸时自动上升。

◆ 一台两用,可钉单片接钉纸箱,双片接钉纸箱,不规则纸箱。 

◆ 尺寸采用全电动式控制，变换尺寸只需2-3分钟。

Function and Characteristics:

◆ The original imported four servo drive from Mitsubishi, Japan, has accurate accuracy and reduced mechanical transmission part, which can effectively reduce the failure rate of machinery.

◆ The whole control system adopts OMRON PLC control system.All contactors in the control box are made of Mitsubishi brand.

◆ The relay and circuit breaker are made of Schneider brand in France, and the photoelectric and proximity switches are made of OMRON brand in Japan.

◆ Bottom mold and blade are made of Japanese tungsten steel (wear-resistant).

◆ The whole set of nail heads are made of special steel and processed by computer numerical control.

◆ It only takes one minute to change the size of the carton and adjust the nail distance of the carton, which greatly saves time and convenient operation.

◆ Front and back two-way baffle configuration, can order no cover cartons, small cardboard boxes, color boxes.

◆ The rear section has the function of automatic counting. The finished products can be stacked to the end of the conveying machine according to the set quantity (1-99), 

        which is convenient for packing and binding.

◆ The front end paper feeding section counts automatically, and the paper feeding table is equipped with photoelectric induction device, which rises automatically during paper feeding.

◆ Paper feeding height: 590mm.
